The story
The game takes place in a computer that has had its security corrupted. Most of the programs are very weakened or corrupted... except for the ByteCoder, who managed to protect himself, and thus survive. That's why, he has a mission: restore the stability of the system. He'll have to venture through the different layers of the computer to achieve his purpose.
The very first one is the Web, in which he'll encounter many enemies, like ninjas throwing shurikens, bad aliens calling themselves the Daleks, Flash Player minions, or homing missiles, trying to destroy our hero. Therefore, the ByteCoder will have to survive all his opponents, all commanded by the Bad Process that triggered the system instability. After this first World, that is the web, he will confront Apache, a well-known figurehead of the Internet.
